一、「2019全球國際教育論壇 (Going Global 2019)」將於民國108年5月13至15日假德國柏林會議中心(Berlin Congress Centre Germany)舉辦。

二、本屆會議主題為：「Knowledge Diplomacy and the Digital World: Does international tertiary education have a role?」，將邀請全球來自教育及政府領域之決策者與執行者參與盛會，主要參與成員包含：

(一)全球知識生產者(Global Knowledge Producer)

(二)高端技能開發者(High Level Skills Developer)

(三)全球社會主播以及解決方案提供者(Global Society Anchor and Solution Provider)

(四)未來世界領導者與合作夥伴(Leader and Partner in a Future World)

三、本會議現徵求提案，採線上投稿(https://www.britishcouncil.org/going-global/participate/poster-presentations)，講座類型包含以下：

(一)演講者(Speaker Proposal：Individual Contributor、Full Session、Workshop Facilitator)，申請日期為即日起至10月10日(三)

(二)海報(Poster Presentation)，申請日期為民國107年10月12日(五)至民國108年1月21日(一)
