Job Responsibilities |
1. Report occupational safety and health management organization and personnel setup. 2. Convene and record the Occupational Safety and Health Committee meetings. 3. Establish occupational safety and health management plans. 4. Conduct environmental measurements and follow-up management for internship/lab workplaces. 5. Conduct risk identification, assessment, and follow-up management for internship/lab workplaces. 6. Perform campus construction safety assessments. 7. Handle Ministry of Education campus occupational safety and health management system certification-related tasks. 8. Regular inspection, reporting, and management of hazardous machinery and equipment. 9. Plan and supervise campus workplace safety audits, on-site inspections, and improvement follow-up. 10. Follow-up and improvement of external safety and health inspection deficiencies. 11. Plan and conduct occupational safety and health training for all staff and new students. 12. Investigate and handle campus occupational accidents, provide case guidance, record follow-up, and perform statistical analysis. 13. Develop and implement emergency prevention, preparedness, and response plans for internship/lab workplaces and conduct regular drills. 14. Classification and control management of hazardous chemicals campus-wide. 15. Online reporting and notification of monthly occupational accident reports. 16. Nuclear Safety Committee – radiation safety management-related tasks. 17. Biosafety Committee-related tasks. 18. Handle electronic document receipt and correspondence. 19. Other relevant regulatory tasks and assignments. |

Qualifications |
1. Graduate from a domestic or foreign university. 2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience after obtaining a bachelor’s degree. 3. Possess any of the following qualifications: (1) Occupational Safety Manager: A. Passed national examination in occupational safety and health or holds Industrial Safety Engineer certification. B. Possess Level A Occupational Safety Management Technician certificate. C. Former labor inspector with at least 3 years of occupational safety inspection experience. D. Completed at least 18 credits in industrial safety courses and holds a master’s degree or higher in a related field from a domestic or foreign university. (2) Occupational Hygiene Manager: A. Passed national examination in occupational safety and health or holds Occupational Hygiene Engineer certification. B. Possess Level A Occupational Hygiene Management Technician certificate. C. Former labor inspector with at least 3 years of occupational hygiene inspection experience. D. Completed at least 18 credits in industrial hygiene courses and holds a master’s degree or higher in a related field from a domestic or foreign university. 4. Applicants with disabilities or indigenous status preferred. 5. Must not be spouse or within three degrees of kinship of the university president or the hiring unit supervisor. |

Remarks:
1. This is a non-regular university-hired position. Starting salary is NT$44,589 for bachelor’s degree holders. Personnel management follows the university’s regulations for contract staff.
