Division of Continuing Academic Affairs The primary objective is to strengthen technological and vocational education as well as continuing education, cultivate highly skilled professionals, and provide opportunities for further study.

Center for Continuing Education To develop lifelong learning and continuing education policies for adults in response to national economic and educational needs, enabling working youth and members of the public to pursue further education while employed, improve their educational attainment, and acquire practical professional skills. The center also submits proposals to the Ministry of Education for establishing additional academic programs and collaborates with industry to offer cooperative education and continuing education programs.
