1.According to the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) "Guidelines for Subsidizing Domestic Graduate Students to Attend International Academic Conferences" and the approved subsidy letters, the applicant institution shall complete the financial settlement within the prescribed deadline after the completion of the subsidized project.

2.Please review any subsidy cases at your institution that have exceeded the settlement deadline, and submit them through the online system and internal documentation for processing by March 1, 2026. Cases submitted after the deadline will have their funding canceled and will not be reimbursed, in order to avoid adjustments by the Audit Office. Subsidies that were approved but not executed should also be canceled through the online system by applying to the NSTC.
