1.This program follows a two-stage process. In the first stage, only ANR handles the applications. The French project principal investigator (PI) registers on the ANR online system. The information provided by the French PI includes the CVs of both the French and Taiwanese PIs. The French PI may invite the Taiwanese collaborators to fill in the system themselves or fill it in on their behalf. Taiwanese PIs should coordinate with their French collaborators accordingly. Relevant procedures are subject to ANR announcements (see attachment).
2.The second stage is handled separately by the NSC and ANR. Upon receiving from ANR the list of Taiwanese PIs whose projects passed the first stage, the NSC will notify the Taiwanese PIs to submit the full proposal to the NSC. The submission period is expected to be between January and February 2026.
