1.This program aims to expand international connections and exchanges, promote innovation across various industries led by youth, and encourage diverse creative actions by young people. It seeks to showcase Taiwanese youth's creativity, energy, and resilience on the international stage, enhancing their global competitiveness and demonstrating the diverse strengths of Taiwan's youth to the world.
2.The program targets domestic youth aged 15 to 30, divided into the Dream Workshop Group and the Overseas Soaring Group (including the annual flagship program). Registration for the first round is open from November 3 to December 31, 2025. Relevant information can be found on the program platform (https://twpathfinder.org/):
(a)Dream Workshop Group: Encourages youth to propose their own ideas. The authority will provide professional incubation guidance and resources, supporting youth to realize their dreams abroad.
(b)Overseas Soaring Group (including the annual flagship program):
1.Combines relevant government agencies and private organizations to offer internships and training opportunities at international organizations, foundations, and think tanks; youth councils and exchanges; entrepreneurship and industry training; and various youth action programs, providing diverse opportunities for youth to gain overseas experience.
2.The annual flagship program in 2026, led by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is titled "Yongbang Project: International Youth Science & Technology Exchange," inviting proposals from youth interested in this theme.
3.The 2026 Dream Support Initiative provides additional training and support to lower barriers for youth to participate in overseas internships, ensuring more opportunities for youth to achieve their international aspirations.
3.All responsible units are requested to promote the program and encourage youth to continue monitoring the official website for subsequent opportunities, which will be announced in due course.
