1.To promote international youth exchange and cooperation, the aforementioned forum will be held from January 3 to 4, 2026. To ensure smooth cross-national youth interaction, your institution is requested to announce and forward this information to affiliated units, encouraging Taiwanese youth interested in international participation and youth development topics with strong English communication skills, as well as international youth currently studying in Taiwan, to register and participate.
2.The attached file contains the event registration guidelines. Key information is summarized below:
(a)Event dates: January 3–4, 2026.
(b)Event venue: Grand Hi-Lai Hotel, 101 Monga Blvd, Wanhua District, Taipei City.
(c)Forum theme: "Sustainable New Momentum: Youth × Green Jobs × Action," with subtopics "Youth Sustainable Action" and "Green Economy & Green Job Talent" for exchange and discussion.
(d)Participants:
1.Taiwanese youth holding ROC nationality, aged 18–35 (born between January 1, 1991, and December 31, 2008), with strong English communication skills. The forum will be conducted entirely in English; participants must possess at least intermediate level in the GEPT or equivalent English language proficiency certification.
2.International youth currently studying in Taiwan, aged 18–35 (born between January 1, 1991, and December 31, 2008), with strong English communication skills, must provide proof of current enrollment at a Taiwanese university/college (e.g., enrollment certificate or copy of student ID).
3.Participants are expected to be engaged with the forum topics (see Attachment 2) and actively participate in discussions. This year, 110 participants will be selected, with 30 on a waiting list (additional waiting list positions may be added depending on circumstances).
4.For students from economically disadvantaged families (low- or middle-income households) who do not possess the above English certification, a transcript of English courses from the past year and a recommendation letter from an English teacher may be submitted as a substitute for the required proficiency proof.
5.Registration: Online registration via the Ministry of Education Youth Development Agency's iYouth International Dreams Platform (https://iyouth.youthhub.tw). Registration is open immediately and will close at 5:00 PM on November 14, 2025 (Friday).
