The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) acknowledged this matter in its letter No. 1140079992 dated November 4, 2025; attached is the revised version of the project application guidelines.

Application Deadline: Applications will be accepted online until January 16, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. After the principal investigator completes and uploads the project proposal to the application system, please contact the Office of International Affairs (ext. 5192) to ensure submission before the deadline. Principal investigators should allow 14 working days for the administrative processing at the receiving institution to avoid any delay that could affect their application.
