1.This program aims to strengthen the international entrepreneurial vision and practical skills of youth, enabling them to grasp startup trends and cross-border market experience, cultivate internationally competitive entrepreneurial talents, establish long-term collaboration with U.S. venture capital and ecosystem mentors, expand international entrepreneurial networks, and enhance visibility and role models in entrepreneurship.
2.Program summary:
(a)Program Name: G-3-2 Entrepreneurial Accelerator
(b)Theme: Startup teams and skill development
(c)Host/Observation Institutions: Larta Institute and Los Angeles startup ecosystem sites
(d)Number of participants: 15. Two-thirds of the slots are reserved for youth from Taoyuan City, and one-third is open to youth nationwide (including 1 slot for disadvantaged youth). Each participant will receive a subsidy of NTD 320,000.
(e)Program duration: May 1 to May 14, 2026 (14 days)
(f)Eligibility:
1.Young people aged 18-30 with Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality.
2.Language proficiency: intermediate to advanced English, able to function in a full-English environment (recommended TOEIC 650 or equivalent).
3.Preferred entrepreneurial background:
(i)Participation in campus or social startup/innovation competitions with awards or finalist status.
(ii)Current core member of a startup team (must provide company registration or team profile).
(iii)Developing an innovative product/service with a minimum viable product (MVP) or market validation completed.
(iv)Learning or practical experience in STEM, design, business management, or related fields, with familiarity of startup accelerator processes.
