1.According to the science cooperation agreement signed in 2012 between the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) and Estonia's ETAg, they are jointly inviting applications for the referenced program. Application guidelines are attached (or available on the NSTC website under the "Call for Proposals" section).

2.The project is expected to commence on June 1, 2026. After jointly developing the project content, the project leaders from Taiwan and Estonia must submit applications separately to NSTC and ETAg by the application deadline for the project to be approved.

4. Application deadline: Applications are accepted online until January 12, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. After completing and uploading the project proposal to the application system, project leaders should contact the International Affairs Office (ext. 5192) to ensure timely submission before the deadline. Project leaders should allow 14 working days for administrative processing at the receiving institution to avoid missing the deadline.
