1. The Pan Wen-Yuan Foundation for Education and Culture offers the "Research Study Grant" to reward domestic researchers in electronics, information, communications, and related fields. The grant supports short-term research (up to two months) at internationally renowned academic or research institutions, aiming to enhance scholarly knowledge and strengthen research and development potential. Applications are welcome.
2. Eligibility:
- Applicants must have obtained a doctoral degree from a domestic university within the past five years or be under 40 years old with a domestic doctoral degree, and currently employed as a faculty member or researcher in Taiwan.
- Previous awardees are ineligible to apply within five years from their last award.

3. Application Procedure:
- Deadline for submission to the Pan Wen-Yuan Foundation: February 15, 2026.
- Deadline for submission to the International Affairs Office, National Formosa University: January 15, 2026.
- Eligible applicants should prepare all required documents and submit them to the International Affairs Office within the specified deadlines for compilation and forwarding.
