1. The latest deadline for submitting applications for leave of absence or withdrawal for the first semester of the 114th academic year is 5:00 PM on January 2, 2026 (Friday).
2. Students can apply for a leave of absence  online or by paper; applications for withdrawal must be submitted by paper.
3. For information regarding applications for leave of absence or withdrawal, please refer to the "Leave of Absence, Withdrawal, and Reinstatement Section" of the Academic Administration Division of the Academic Affairs Office (web link).
