Regarding the Leave, Withdrawal, and Reinstatement Application System, please see the following explanation:
1. The "Online Leave Application" for students is now officially available. From now on, students can complete the leave procedure using the "Leave, Withdrawal, and Reinstatement Application System."
Currently, both online and paper applications are accepted. Students should follow the required procedures accordingly.
※Withdrawal and reinstatement applications still require paper submission. Online application features for these functions are currently under development.
2. System operation instructions are as follows:
(i) Student-side operation: Log in to "School eCare" → Click "Online Forms and Applications" → Select "Leave, Withdrawal, and Reinstatement Application."
(ii) Reviewer-side operation: After a student submits an application, the system will automatically send an email notification to the relevant reviewers. Enter via "School Homepage" → "User Portal" → "Administrative Area" → "Online Form Approval System" → perform the review process.
3. Please refer to Attachment 1 for notes on usage for each review unit and student-side operations.
