Undergraduate and junior college students applying for transfer must first obtain consent from their parents (or guardians) and the heads and advisors of their current department, sign the application, and submit transcripts and supporting documents to the Teaching Affairs Section within the application period.
6. Graduate students may only apply for transfer once. Submit the required documents according to the transfer regulations of each department/program. Fill out the application and obtain signatures from the advisor and the head of the current department, then submit to the Teaching Affairs Section within the application period.
