1. For the 45th Anniversary Celebration of our university, stage structures, lighting, and audio equipment will be set up at the Main Lawn and Arts & Culture Plaza of the 1st Campus. The setup and teardown schedule is as follows:
(a) Setup: From Thursday, November 13, 114, 08:00 to Sunday, November 16, 114, 22:00.
(b) Teardown: From Saturday, November 22, 114, 16:00 to Monday, November 24, 114, 22:00.

2. The university will hold the 45th Anniversary Opening Press Conference on Monday, November 17, 114, from 10:00 to 12:00 at the Arts & Culture Plaza.
(a) On the event day, to avoid noise or activity disruption to classes, please notify instructors. We apologize for any inconvenience.
(b) All faculty, staff, and students are cordially invited to participate in the 45th Anniversary Opening Press Conference. Everyone is welcome to join the celebration.
(c) In addition, the Student Activity Center and surrounding parking areas near the Aircraft Hangar are designated as event areas. Do not park vehicles here from Sunday, November 16, 23:00 to Monday, November 17, 23:00, and vehicle access is prohibited on the event day. Please detour accordingly.
