Call for Proposals: 115th Academic Year Ministry of Education Teaching Practice Research Project

To help faculty better understand the purpose of this project, the Teaching Development Center has compiled relevant information as follows:
1. Official Project Website (includes application guidelines, online application system, journal resources, and event information)
2. Project Achievement Exchange Platform (provides information on past outstanding projects and teaching research resources)
3. Teaching Practice Research Journal (provides submission guidelines and full-text articles, including the submission system)
4. Evaluation Bi-Monthly No. 98 (features academic research on teaching and learning, including insights from Prof. Huang Junru on teaching innovation and quality improvement)
2. Project Format and Submission Timeline (including internal and external procedures)
1. The Teaching Development Center held an on-campus briefing on October 16 (Thu) for all faculty, explaining the current call for proposals and application requirements. Please refer to Attachment 1 (briefing slides).

4. Submission schedule (including internal administrative procedures): Faculty proposals will be matched and reviewed within each discipline/project. Applicants must cooperate with relevant administrative tasks, as follows:

| Remarks | * Applicants must follow the internal schedule to avoid affecting their rights. * To prevent data loss, save progress regularly in the system and retain copies of all submission documents. 3. Project Content Adjustments and Additional Notes
1. Project content: Added a new "Emotional Health and Wellbeing" project to encourage faculty to propose courses that enhance students’ emotional health and wellbeing (see Attachment 2 for details).
2. Budget adjustments (see Attachment 2, pp.16–17):
(1) Project leader stipend increased to a maximum of NT$12,000/month.
(2) Part-time assistants (non-PhD teaching or research assistants) NT$4,000–6,000/month (employment benefits handled separately).
(3) Part-time PhD assistants: maximum NT$10,000/month (special funding, for enrolled students not employed full-time elsewhere; must specify in proposal and budget; no adjustments allowed after approval).
(4) Non-eligible expenses: internal venue fees, international travel, bonuses, gift certificates, cash vouchers, etc.
3. Disclosure for public officials and related persons:
(1) In accordance with the Public Officials Conflict of Interest Avoidance Act, applicants who are public officials or related persons must disclose their status; violations may incur fines.
(2) All applicants for the 115th Academic Year project must submit the disclosure form (Attachment 6) by the internal deadline, regardless of status.
