NFU signs Collaborative Memorandum of Understanding with VINH University, Vietnam
NFU Vice President, Dr. Jeng-Hao, Hung, signed the agreement during a recent visit by Dr. Ngo Sy Tung, Vice President of Vinh University, on Mach 2, 2010. Dr. Ngo Sy Tung was accompanied by a group of eight scholars who were visiting NFU to promote international relations and cooperation.
